We did grotesque movements and learned about 7 of Steven Berkoff's techniques. We also learnt about Stacatto's techniques. We did weird movements that were show to be rather scary. We also did a newspaper article and the was the stimulus.

This post shows that you are taking some notes during sessions, but there needs to be more description and evaluation so that you can show the significance of the work created in the session.
